METHOD

In a blender whiz up some breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, some of the parsley and oregano and add to a bowl with the minced beef, and mix. Mould the beef mince mixture into a pattie and fry in a little oil for 5-7 minutes.

Place the bacon on a flat baking tray and cover with another flat baking tray to keep it straight and held down. Heat in a preheated oven at 180C for about 8 minutes until the bacon is crisp.

In order to make the English mustard mayo, whiz the mustard, mayonnaise and rest of the parsley and set aside.

Griddle the ciabatta roll on both sides and then place on a plate, meanwhile melt the stilton slice on top of the cooked burger pattie.

Arrange the burger, salad and bacon on top of the griddled roll with a thick spreading of the mustard mayonnaise and serve.
