INGREDIENTS
450g beef fillet, cut lengthwise in 4
16 ready made mini Yorkshire puddings, warm
Jar of tomato and onion chutney
Jar of Horseradish

METHOD
Rub the beef pieces with oil, season and sear in a hot pan. Allow to reset for a couple of minutes.
Put a little warm tomato and onion chutney in the bottom of each Yorkshire pudding.
Slice the beef and put a little in each pudding. Top with a little horseradish and serve.
