INGREDIENTS
Left over cranberry sauce
1 orange
1 large cooking apple
1 desert apple
1 onion
1oz (25g)butter
balsamic vinegar to taste
brown sugar to taste

METHOD
Melt butter, add onion, apples chopped - cook for 8 minutes. Add cranberry sauce and orange zest and juice.
Cook for furhter 5 minutes over a gentle heat. Add vinegar and sugar, season to taste.
Serve with Stilton.
