HOW TO PREPARE
Serves 4. Cooking time is short.
INGREDIENTS
1 litre good quality vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp Advocaat
Handful of roughly chopped white chocolate Maltesers.

METHOD
Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften then mix in the Advocaat and the Maltesers. Chill and serve.
