INGREDIENTS
4 haddock fillets
For the marinade:
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 oranges, zest and juice
1 inch root ginger, grated
1 clove garlic
20ml heather honey
For the salad:
100g new potatoes
50g lardons
½ onion, diced
fresh salad leaves to serve

METHOD
Combine all the marinade ingredients and pour over the haddock fillets. Allow to marinade for anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes. Remove from marinade and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
For the salad slice the new potatoes and boil until just tender and cool. Cook the lardons in a pan until crispy then add the diced onion and finally the sliced new potatoes.
Arrange the warm salad on a plate and place a haddock on top. Serve with fresh salad leaves.
