CHICKEN LIVER PATE

Cooked up by nuala06 on the 10 April 2008.

Had some exquisite chicken liver pate on holiday in Tuscany last year. Since my host had very little English, I could only make out that the livers were simmered, not fried, and then some capers and anchovy paste added. It was just to die for! Any good person out there know how this pate was made. Many thanks! Nuala06.
