RE: DEEP-FRIED BRIE (1)

There is a secret. First divide the brie into wedges, then flour, then dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. then repeat the egg and breadcrumbs stage. Then put in freezer for half an hour or so until firm and cold, then deep fry. It shouldn't fal apart at all as it should be cold enough to withstand the heat whilst browning at the same time.
