HMMM MY BREAD DIDN'T WORK OUT

Cooked up by Yum Yum on the 12 November 2007.

I made a Jamie Oliver bread recipe last week - with all the right ingredients including semolina flour (thanks Sainsburys). I cooked it at the right temperature for the length of time suggested (approx 20 mins). It came out looking gorgeous and it sounded ok when I took it out of the tin and tapped it. HORRIFIED to find it completely uncooked in the middle!!!! Only got 3 slices out of it :-(

Would I have been better off cooking it at a lower temperature for longer or does that result in it not rising properly???
