MACKEREL WRAPPED IN PANCETTA WITH A MUSTARD SAUCE

A couple of weeks ago, one of the chefs did mackerel wrapped in pancetta with a mustard sauce. I wanted to get the recipe for it when I saw it, but I couldn't find it. Could you please let me know if it is still on this site and if it isn't, could somebody send it to me or tell me how to do it? Thank you.
