HOW TO PREPARE


Serves 1. Cooking time is short.



INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast, cut into pieces

1 tbsp yeast extract (Marmite)

1 tbsp runny honey

3 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

Black pepper

Young leeks

Green salad leaves, to serve

METHOD

  1. Mix together the Marmite, runny honey and orange and lemon juice. Season with black pepper.

 

  1. Brush the chicken with the marinade and slice the young leeks into large chunks.

 

  1. Skewer alternatively, chicken and leeks.

 

  1. Grill for a couple of minutes on both sides.
