HOW TO PREPARE
Serves 2. Cooking time is short.
INGREDIENTS
200g Camembert
Slice of sweet pear
2 to 3 slices of Parma ham
25g plain flour
1 egg, beaten
50g breadcrumbs

METHOD
- Take a slice of camembert cheese, about the length of your index finger.
- Lay a slice of pear on top, then wrap both in the Parma ham.
- Dust with flour, dip in the egg then the breadcrumbs and shallow fry until crispy.
Serve immediately.
