natural plain yougurt
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 green chillis
1 onion
1 teaspoon garam masala
pepper
pinch salt

METHOD
Place the cumin seeds on a hot frying pan and let them roast for 3 minutes, when roasted crush into a powder form.
Chop the green chillis and onions into cubes.
Mix the yogurt until smooth then add the cumin seeds, green chillis, onions, tomato ketchp and garam masala. Mix well and the add salt and pepper to taste.
