INGREDIENTS

Turkey fillets
Batter mix
2 tablespoons chilli sauce

1 lemon
Basmati rice
1 chicken stock cube
Oil
2 peppers, one red and one green

METHOD

Put your rice on to cook in the chicken stock.

 

Cut up your turkey fillets into small but thick slices. Make the batter mixture. Put the juice from the lemon and 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce into a pan with some oil. When the oil is hot, dip the turkey into the batter and drop them into the oil and fry until golden.

 

Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

 

Cut the tops off the peppers and scoop out the insides.

 

Fill the peppers with the cooked rice and place 2-4 turkey bites on top.
