CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME

Hi everyone.
I was watching christmas cooks a week or so ago, and this woman phones up and gives AWT a recipe for left over turkey. It was potatoes and cheese, turkey and i cant remember the rest. They were rolled inti balls and fried. My husband keeps going on about them, and I would love to make them but cant find the recipe. Can anyone help me please.
