They were Nella's Polpette, or little balls. You can find the recipe by going to RECIPES then MORE SEARCH OPTIONS. At the bottom of this page, tick the box that says MEMBERS' RECIPES ONLY. This will bring up all the recipes that viewers have added. To make it quicker, I always add a keyword, like POLPETTE.
