EASY MARMALADE

6 large juicy oranges
juice of 1 lemon
1.4 kilos granulated sugar
1.4 litres water
Cut oranges in half remove pips
scoop out flesh back to pith
put into food processor and mix
cut peel into fine juliennes and put with orange & lemon juice, add water and simmer in large pan for 45 mins
add sugar
bring to boil and boil rapidly for 10 mins or more until set
