YIN-YANG CHICKEN

Cooked up by Cat on the 11 October 2007.

A simple recipe that my lovely father taught me.....

Part cook chicken thighs
Fry some red onions and garlic, do not burn garlic
Add chicken and soy sauce
Add soft brown sugar and caramelise
Add fish sauce, red chillies and lime juice
Garnish with shredded spring onions, coriander and some finely cut red chillies


Serve with plain boiled rice.
